If you own or work for a small to mid-sized company, I would put money on the fact that you do a heck of a lot more for your customers than they know you do.

Ok. So that’s a good thing surely?

Well, as it stands… no.

The reason for that is because whilst the customer may be benefitting from the extra care, safety, security, and quality that you are working so hard to deliver.

If your customers don’t know about it – then you’re missing out in many ways.

Let me give you an example…

There is a fantastic local restaurant in Southampton, where I know the owner well.

Even though his restaurant is not in the main strip where all of the premium restaurants are. He still buys only the very best locally grown vegetables and locally sourced meat.

 


 

Further more, he imports chillies directly from Mexico. It takes 8 hours to prepare and cook his rice to get it the way he wants it. And some of his dishes contain up to 40 different spices.

So it’s fair to say that the quality of his food is easily as good, and in most cases better than the food that the ‘premium’ chain restaurants offer.

The awful tragedy is however, that he’s simply not communicating all this extra value to his customers.

The truth is that his customers are getting incredible value for money and they just don’t know it.

I would put money on that there are similar untold elements to your service, which your company is also just neglecting to tell customers about.

If only they knew about it, it would make your offering more attractive and easier to sell.

Furthermore, existing customers would place a higher value on the service you offer and it would therefore be more difficult for your competitors to entice them away.

The easiest and best way to educate your customers is with a simple video.  You would be surprised as to just how much information you can squeeze into a sixty second video.

 


 

Unless you can put your hand on your hart and say that your customers already know every detail which makes your service great.

Then you should at least look into what would be involved in you having a video that would do this job for you.
